Location was absolutely perfect for our needs. Close to family and restaurants. Room exceeded our expectations. Quiet environment really enjoyed our stay. Staff extremely friendly and very helpful with recommendations.

The staff are AMAZING!! They go above and beyond for their guests. I recommend them to anybody staying in Modesto. Their hotel may not be brand spanking new but they have pretty much everything needed for any length of stay.

Check in was very easy. I had to change check in time twice per my schedule no problem. Front desk and staff very responsive and helpful.

Breakfast was all cold foods, I prefer hot foods. What they included was good. The amount of food was unbelievable. I finished it for lunch.😄
